Residents Invited to Attend City’s EarthCare Breakfast on Home Energy Retrofits

The City of Greater Sudbury will host an EarthCare Breakfast on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, focusing on how homeowners can make their homes more energy-efficient and resilient through retrofits.

The event runs from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Natura Catering & Events on Kelly Lake Road and will feature local food and refreshments.

Residents are invited to hear from a panel of local professionals who will share practical advice on improving home energy efficiency, including common retrofit options and how to get started. Retrofitting involves adding or upgrading features or appliances to improve a home’s efficiency and reduce environmental impacts.

Registration is available online EarthCare Breakfast: Retrofitting for Community Good

Reducing housing-related emissions through home retrofits is a key goal in the City’s Community Energy and Emissions Plan.
